The 499 current banners combined with oldbanners.zip, deduped.
I have no idea if any are missing.
It looks like they went through and compressed/optimized the current banners at some point so deduping was a PITA.
I kept the newer versions where possible because they use sequential numbers, if you want the original filenames download oldbanners.zip
